2 seater crash at TPCR! Empty
PostSubject: 2 seater crash at TPCR!   2 seater crash at TPCR! EmptySun Nov 22, 2009 6:55 am

Just heard the 2 seater at TPCR had a nasty crash last night!
Apparently it turned hard right mid-turn and went into the fence. People are saying the passengers helmet came off also, but luckily both in the car were ok!

I'd imagine with the helmet coming off, should it be true, they had better get the cheque book ready..... thoughts?

Depends how rock solid the indemnity form the passenger signed is!

Yeah true Gaff, but even still I would have thought the contract as such would cover injury in the event of a crash, not safety equipment failure!

Hopefully no legal action comes of it though, one incident in all this time, obviously safety is good!
